Data Deletion Policy

Ntrval is a software service operated by AnkrStak.

Use of Ntrval is governed by the AnkrStak Platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Deletion Policy.

1. Purpose

This Data Deletion Policy describes how AnkrStak manages requests for account deletion, Customer Data deletion, retention periods, and permanent removal of information from our systems.

This policy applies to all websites, applications, mobile applications, software platforms, APIs, integrations, and related services operated by AnkrStak (collectively, the “Services”).

AnkrStak (“AnkrStak,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) refers to Blake Daniel Garcia, a sole proprietor doing business as AnkrStak.

This policy should be read together with our:

2. Customer Data Ownership

Customer Data remains the property of the individual, organization, customer, or entity that submitted or controls such data.

AnkrStak does not acquire ownership rights to Customer Data.

AnkrStak acts solely as a software provider and processor of Customer Data necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

3. Requesting Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account through:

  • Account settings (where available)
  • Administrative controls provided within the Service

Certain Services may provide self-service account deletion functionality.

Where self-service functionality is not available, deletion requests may be submitted by email.

4. Immediate Effects of Account Deletion

Upon account deletion:

  • Access to the account may be terminated immediately.
  • Access to Customer Data may be terminated immediately.
  • Login credentials may be disabled.
  • User access permissions may be revoked.
  • Service functionality may no longer be available.

Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored after deletion has been completed.

Users should export or save any information they wish to retain prior to initiating deletion.

5. Organization-Controlled Accounts

Certain Services may be used by organizations, employers, franchise systems, teams, or other entities.

In these situations:

  • Organization administrators may control user access.
  • Organization administrators may manage account deletion.
  • Organization administrators may manage Customer Data on behalf of users.

If an account is associated with an organization, AnkrStak may require authorization from the applicable organization before processing certain deletion requests.

6. Retention Period

Although access to deleted accounts may terminate immediately, certain information may remain within AnkrStak systems for a limited period.

Information may remain in:

  • Backup systems
  • Security systems
  • Audit logs
  • Monitoring systems
  • Disaster recovery environments
  • Fraud prevention systems

for up to ninety (90) days following account deletion.

This retention period allows AnkrStak to:

  • Maintain platform security
  • Investigate abuse
  • Detect fraud
  • Restore services during disaster recovery events
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect users and organizations

7. Permanent Deletion

Following expiration of applicable retention periods, Customer Data is scheduled for permanent deletion or anonymization where reasonably practicable.

Permanent deletion may include removal from:

  • Active databases
  • Application storage
  • Customer-facing systems
  • Operational environments

Deletion timing may vary depending on system architecture, storage methods, and technical requirements.

8. Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained beyond standard retention periods where permitted or required by law.

Examples may include:

  • Financial records
  • Billing records
  • Tax documentation
  • Security records
  • Fraud prevention records
  • Legal compliance records
  • Dispute resolution records
  • Records necessary to enforce agreements

Information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

9. Uploaded Content

Users may upload:

  • Documents
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Files
  • Messages
  • Notes
  • Reports
  • Other content

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of their own content.

AnkrStak is not responsible for maintaining Customer Data following account cancellation, termination, or deletion beyond applicable retention periods.

Users should export or preserve important information before requesting deletion.

10. Data Portability

Certain Services may provide export, download, reporting, migration, or portability features.

Availability and format of such features may vary by Service.

AnkrStak does not guarantee portability functionality across all Services.

Where available, users are encouraged to utilize export functionality before initiating deletion requests.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

AnkrStak utilizes third-party service providers to operate portions of the Services.

Examples may include providers supporting:

  • Hosting
  • Infrastructure
  • Authentication
  • Payments
  • Communications
  • Data storage
  • Security

Information stored with third-party providers may be subject to their backup, retention, and deletion procedures.

AnkrStak works to ensure that providers process information in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and legal requirements.

12. Legal Requests

AnkrStak may delay or deny deletion requests where necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Respond to lawful requests
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
  • Protect platform security
  • Prevent fraud or abuse

Where legally permitted, users may be informed if a deletion request cannot be fully completed.

13. Verification of Requests

To protect user privacy and security, AnkrStak may require verification of identity before processing deletion requests.

We may refuse requests that cannot be reasonably verified.

14. Mobile Application Accounts

For mobile applications distributed through platforms such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

users may request deletion through:

  • In-app account management tools
  • Website account management tools
  • Email support channels

where applicable.

AnkrStak intends to maintain deletion mechanisms consistent with applicable platform requirements.

15. Policy Updates

AnkrStak may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be published with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
